HOW TO USE ?

Step 1 :- For mixing take part A (Resin) & B (Hardener) in bucket, mix it for 2 minutes until it get homogeneous, Material will start to get hard with time. So make material which is to be used within 45 minutes. 

Step 2 :- Now Add part C (Filler) slowly while mixing until it convert into paste form. now apply that paste with 4 inch putty blade.

Step 3 :- Now clean the excess material with wet cotton cloth. Now wait for 18 hours for use your surface.

 Health & Safety

Epoxy Tile Grout contains organic resins, hardener and other filler materials which may cause sensitization by skin contact. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and inhalation of vapor. In case of contact, wash liberally with water and seek medical advice, if required. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and goggles while handling.

Cleaning

Immediately after application of Epoxy Tile Grout, clean the tools, equipment and the mixing container using Thinner otherwise, removal of dried / hardened materialist difficult to clean.

Depends on the tile size and width of joint between tiles. Material requirement calculation: in kg/sq.m (Tile length + Tile breadth) X Tile thickness X Joint Width X 2.1 = kg/sq.m (Tile length + Joint width) X (Tile Breadth + Joint Width)
